Abstract (English)

Fraser's book is a narrative recreation of the "Last Supper" documented with contemporary homoerotic, political, and religious imagery. In a video recording originally integrated to an installation, the artist personally identifies with Jesus Christ and questions the power of the Catholic religion in Québec.

Le livre de Fraser recrée une dernière Cène où s'entrecroisent les allusions homoérotiques, politiques et religieuses. Dans un enregistrement vidéo originalement intégré à une installation, l'artiste s'identifie à Jésus-Christ et interroge le pouvoir de la religion catholique au Québec.
