Abstract (English)

This CD-ROM consists of a series of QuickTime VR (for Virtual Reality) panoramic images that lead the viewer along John Street, Toronto, where s/he can "visit" cultural/architectural landmarks of the area - such as the Art Gallery of Ontario, the National Film Board and the CN Tower - or more personal venues, like an artist's studio. One can also access, by clicking on specific links, 10 fictional, parallel cities (the City of Instability, the City of Perception, etc.), each conceived or containing a solo or collective project by artists, architects and designers.
