Abstract (English)

This exhibition catalogue in the form of a zine presents a story about three women who get together to discuss Sawyer's recent transformation into the mythic super-heroine "Amazonia" (a parody of Wonder Woman). Through this fictitious dialogue questions concerning feminist theory, patriarchy, phallocentrism and the male gaze are considered in relation to popular culture. 5 bibl. ref.
