Abstract (English)Catalogue to accompany an exhibition in which eight artists were asked to produce site-specific works for self-storage spaces in Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto. V. Greenwood and I. Standish, initiators of the project, trace its origins, while Stanley relates his journey into the building and the discovery of the works, which raise a reflection about the viewer’s experience, the autonomy of art and the relationship between artworks, their environment and reality.
