Abstract (English)

According to Baker this exhibition was the result of an initiative to promote the work of emerging artists/curators from Canada. Varela, introduces the work of six Edmonton-based artists, and under the rubric of the Situationist concept of “psychogeography,” draws attention to how the pieces interrogate everyday assumptions about place.
