Abstract (English)

In a brief text ,Torres examines the relationship between appearance and reality within Sterbak’s exhibition. Torres concludes that the element that best expresses the tension in the artist's work is its humour, which allows for contradiction. A long quote by Saramango, in Spanish, acts as a preface. Text in Spanish and English. Biographical notes.
