Abstract (English)

Forseth surveys examples of Modernist architecture in Lethbridge, conflating the history of architecture in Lethbridge with its socio-economic history. He treats the architecture in sections, from commercial and institutional 5to residential architecture. Boddy interviews Erickson, who presents the principles behind his design of the University of Lethbridge. Includes a list of the architectural firms discussed and their projects. Biographical notes on the curators and architects. Bibl. 1 p.
