Abstract (English)

"The rugged beauty of Northern Ontario has long been a source of inspiration for artists ; from the early First Nation artists, to the Group of Seven, and Norval Morrisseau, to the artists of today. This documentary film explores the impact the landscape has had on the development of the arts in Northern Ontario as well as the history behind some of the arts organizations currently operating in the region.
