Abstract (English)

" The 24th issue of the New York music magazine focuses on the figure of Sun Ra.

Sun Ra (1914-1993) is an African-American experimental jazz pianist and composer. A prolific artist, he recorded over one-hundred albums with his band, the Sun Ra Arkestra. His work is imprinted with esoteric elements drawn from a personal cosmic philosophy that had a great influence on Afrofuturism." -- Distributor's website.
