Abstract (English)

Describing the social and cultural context of Winnipeg and 13 artists' works, Dahle argues that the artists are not engaged in specific theory so much as in the material processes of lived experience and visual practices. The author defines the resulting multiplicity of voices as their specific contribution to feminist discourses. Artists' statements. Biographical notes. 2 bibl. ref.
