Abstract (English)

Nebel and Rosshandler contribute texts reflecting on the significance of Moore's documented exploration of the tangible traces of life and death through projects such as: a studio re-enactment of the Pompei catastrophy; an appeal to the Gods at the Delphic Oracle; photographs of fantomatic figures taken in a subway station in Montreal. Monologues by Moore, McAuley and Sullivan articulate their experience of being cast. Artist's statement.
