Abstract (English)

An artist's book by Lexier presents photographs of 75 men, chronologically from age one to seventy-five, all of whom share the first name David. Includes a supplementary catalogue in which the artist, in an interview, discusses the impetus, production, and exhibition of "A Portrait of David," including its relationship to previous work concerned with the process of aging.
