Abstract (English)Complementing an exhibition which gathered the photographic works of five artists and a video by Didi-Huberman around the theme of erasure, this collection of five theoretical and critical essays explores the precariousness of the gaze, the underside of the image, present/past and appearance/disappearance oppositions, etc. Didi-Huberman's texts are reprints from 1986 and 1989.
