Abstract (English)

A collection of reproductions of 40 red and black prints by Gitxsan nation artist 'Wii Muk'willixw (Art Wilson), accompanied by short texts recounting the struggles for justice of First Nations people in Canada and around the world. Wilson's introduction outlines the motivations for his work, while Buffy Sainte-Marie's preface addresses the role of indigenous artists within "the indigenous experience".
