A bilingual catalogue documenting a major exhibition of contemporary Cuban art presented in galleries throughout Vancouver. Includes interpretive essays by four curators (two Cuban and two Canadian) in which aesthetic, ideological, political and sociological aspects of the twenty-three artists' works - drawings, sculptural installations, photographs and performances - are considered in light of the exhibition's central themes: utopia, national identity, and migration.
