Abstract (English)

The Iskwew Festival, curated by Keeper and Prince, featured 45 media art works created by aboriginal women and youth which illustrate “the reclamation of the matriarchal voice in a post-colonialist patriarchal society” through storytelling. The programme booklet includes an image and brief description of each piece, as well as a calendar of workshops, seminars, events and screenings. Biographical notes on each participant.
