Abstract (English)

This publication stems from an exhibition held at the Presentation House Gallery in 1997. Three authors deal with selected work by Peacock: Sherrin stresses the role of memory in the artist’s work; Gagnon considers Peacock’s Canadian identity; and Levine, focusing on two installations, analyses the relationship between television and subjectivity. Scripts and descriptive texts by Peacock are also included. Biographical notes. 31 bibl. ref.
