Abstract (English)This catalogue accompanies an exhibition of works by three women artists who use functional, everyday household and institutional objects. Basing their essay on Winnicott’s object-relations theory, Randolph and Gibson examine our relation to everyday objects when perceived as infinite objects in their unlimited availability, in comparison to the interaction produced when the notion of work as a finished product is introduced.
