Abstract (English)

Donegan's curatorial project explores the history of mining in Canada in the early twentieth century, by presenting photographs and other visual art forms. The catalogue is divided into sections that address a wide range of subjects, from the various mining communities across Canada, to the individuals involved in both making and documenting mining history. Includes half-page inserts with historic photographs. 17 bibl. ref.
