Abstract (English)Programme booklet of an event featuring 18 artists from Canada and elsewhere, on the theme of the agri-food industry – an important part of the regional economy of Saint-Hyacinthe. Following an introduction of the event’s objectives, the three curators describe each art work briefly, focusing on the diversity of techniques and approaches used to explore the theme. Includes information on satellite activities (talks, debates, theatre rally…) and maps of the site and the city. Biographical notes on curators and guest speakers; brief information on the artists. Texts in French and English. RésuméProgramme d’un événement qui regroupait 18 artistes canadiens et étrangers autour du thème de l'agroalimentaire – une activité importante dans la région de Saint-Hyacinthe. Après une présentation des visées de l’événement, les trois conservateurs décrivent brièvement les œuvres en soulignant la diversité des techniques et des approches. Comprend des renseignements sur les activités satellites (conférences, forum, rallye théâtral…) et sur l'emplacement des différentes interventions (incluant une carte de la ville).
