Abstract (English)

This exhibition, coinciding with Black History Month, features watercolour portraits by Clarke. The curators introduce the work, and La Pierre writes a brief biographical sketch which charts Neville’s development and influences. All authors stress the humanism of his work. Bio-bibliography 4 p.
