Abstract (English)

"The stated objectives of the exhibition are to reduce the stereotyping of aging, reduce the marginalization of older persons and increase the awareness of the issues of aging. The polarities of birth and death and what comes in between is not only the 'Poetics of Aging', but the Poetics of Life. The exhibition and avents surrounding it force us to reflect on our own lives, the art of caring for others and, in general, the art of 'living'" -- page 3.
