Abstract (English)

"Well here we are again, 1977, and a new ARTSPACE has opened. And I find it really quite remarkable. The have been so many people involved. And to be perfectly honest with you we have developed an art gallery, a public art gallery, that this city, Peterborough, has been trying to develop for over 30 years" -- page 7.
