Abstract (English)

"The Museum of Longing and Failure (MOLAF) is a collecting entity established in 2010 by the Canadian, Norway-based artist duo Lewis & Taggart. Its form takes shape through a sustained conversation with living artists and collectives, whose contributed sculptural works form the basis of ongoing installations, interventions, and publications.
MOLAF Incarnations” is the second published work by the MOLAF. It presents a fictional narrative and series of paper collages, both based on the first fifty artworks acquired by the museum." -- Publisher's website.
