Abstract (English)

The author introduces the Creative Spirit Art Centre, created in 1992 to provide art education to the physically and mentally disabled, and presents the exhibition of 15 artists from both C.S.A.C. and the American National Institution of Art and Disabilities, defining their work as 'Art Brut'. Includes biographical notes on panel discussion participants.
