Abstract (English)

This limited-edition artist's publication comprises four sections of writings by the artist, with a critical introduction by Frank Davey. Curnoe's writing records historical details culled from oral histories and public records specific to the area around London, Ontario, and explores the politics of representation through a discussion of his paintings as commentaries on artistic conventions and intersections of writing, ethinicity, social power structures, and technology.
