Abstract (English)

Rosenberg contextualizes this exhibition of mail art within a history of Varney's involvement in Vancouver artist's groups and the influence of Dada and Marcel Duchamp on art in the late 1960s. Varney describes the origins and growth of mail art and the development of his Mona Lisa project.
