Abstract (English)

Catalogue to accompany an installation by Widgery consisting of sculptural assemblages made in response to the Royal Ontario Museum’s collection. Kissick’s essay highlights the subversive potential of the works, and reflects on how the value of an object changes when placed in a museum. Differences between natural and cultural artefacts are discussed. List of works. Brief biographical notes.
