Abstract (English)

This pamphlet for an exhibition curated around the idea of the bed as a recurring motif in art features reproductions of several works in the show. A brief text touches on each of the works, noting how the bed, though one of the most familiar elements in everyday life, is the site of profound transitional states that, like art, both comfort and disquiet. Text in English and German.
