Abstract (English)

This catalogue with CD-ROM features Clark’s interactive artwork – such as it was in the gallery and is on the Internet –, as well as an essay by Kibbins, who locates the work in the tradition of collage. The work consists of texts and animations associatively linked to the apple, with references to pop culture (and most notably the Beatles), philosophy, art, science and religion, among others. It also contains links to other Web sites, to information about the collaborating artists, an artist’s statement, and a tour of the exhibition. Includes a fold-out map of the work’s contents. Biographical notes. 1 bibl. ref.
