Abstract (English)

The curator, Reid, links the four artists in this exhibition through their use of the products of consumer culture and the way they are marketed. Both she and Townsend see their work as evidence of an attempt to maintain a personal, cultural identity within the homogeneous mainstream of global corporate culture.
