Abstract (English)

"The installations in the gallery speak to the articulation of memory through ritual process. Rather than serve an archival function with particular acts in the past to which they refer without question, they perform, in their muteness, as memorials to grief, sorrow, and loss. That which s lost or grieved remains remains beyond the viewer's reach, allowing for reflection on the process by which we cope and the memorials we create." -- page 2.
