Abstract (English)

The authors discuss art and its relation to politics in Quebec in the 1970s, to political change and to Québec's national aspirations. Discussions on the financial and political crisis in video in 1978, the relationship of art and national identity, and the Refus Global map the current discussion on art and politics.
