Abstract (English)

This brief pamphlet documents an exhibition of "masterful depictions of fish" by Regina artist Cowin. Years of experience in fly-fishing have endowed these watercolours, drawings and etchings with a realism and sensitivity possible only through firsthand knowledge. Influenced by Japanese printmaking, Cowin likens his artistic process to both still life and portraiture. Biographical notes.
