Abstract (English)

"Landscape is a term at the boundary between the natural and the social, simultaneously conjuring up ideas of geography and art, of site and sight. "Landscape Stories" consists of Rod Strickland's "Cadastre", Lyndal Osborne's "Endless Forms Most Beautiful", and and Erik Edson's "Sunset" and "Untitled (on and on)". Each work foregrounds questions about our relationship to and understanding of our natural environment by playing with frame, scale, and boundary." -- page 1.
