Abstract (English)

A prolific artist and writer, and recognized teacher, Hopper has executed thrown pots and slate panel works which incorporate a wide variety of glaze techniques (including raku) and traditional forms and motifs. Landscape works from the 1970s have evolved into composite-tile panels focusing on Mont St-Hilaire. Biographical notes. 11 bibl.ref.
