Abstract (English)

Felter offers a brief history of stamp art, from the FLUXUS mail art projects of the early 1960s to N.E. Thing Co.'s 1967 Centennial Project. Includes stamp works by 35 artists and 7 artist groups, categorized by country and year of issue.
