Abstract (English)"From Just a Doubt to Double Stéréo, the association 23.03 has run since 2005 an experimental project of artistic creation, combining residences, conferences and exhibitions, structured on the basis of relationships that can maintain contemporary tourism, territories and creation. From its beginnings in Poland (Just a Doubt in Łódź) to the lastest events held in France (Double Stéréo #2 in Tourcoing), this project invites European artists to make their practices meet in the test of territories. 23.03 challenges, in fact, the geographic tensions between local and global.
