Abstract (English)Presenting his artist's book as a field guide, Gould actually documents a 1947 project for the city of Montreal which never materialized - namely, a zoological garden and aquarium intended to group fauna and flora within five typical habitats. Includes reproductions of 64 watercolour illustrations by the artist and a map. RésuméGould présente ce 4 comme un guide d'identification sur le terrain. En fait, il documente un projet montréalais de jardin zoologique et d'aquarium - conçu en 1947 et jamais réalisé - censé regrouper faune et flore dans cinq habitats-type. Inclut les reproductions de 64 aquarelles de l'artiste et un plan localisateur.
