Abstract (English)

CD-ROM conceived as part of an exhibition where Leblanc appropriated images from a 1956 issue of Playboy magazine which depicted the "ultimate bachelor pad." The viewer/user can access the flat's rooms, where clicking links make images of (often) nude women appear, along with comments on the room's uses that bear sexual/sexist connotations. The accompanying booklet includes three texts: A. Hirsch describes the whole of the piece and surveys some of the artist's previous works; Hunter presents a fictional suspense story combining luxury, materialism and gore; Schiphorst analyses the interactive part of the work from a technological and feminist perspective. 6 bibl. ref.
