Vancouver RevisionsTools Vancouver Revisions group. Vancouver Revisions. Vancouver, BC: Vancouver Art Gallery, 1987.
Abstract (English)Inspired by the Roma Interotta exhibition of 1978, Vancouver Revisions posits a critical examination of the possibilities for Vancouver's development through a series of design propositions for urban intervention. The catalogue documents twelve proposals for various sectors of the city by architects and artists of the Vancouver Revisions group. When reassembled into an overall plan these propositions exist in arbitrary relationship to one another producing a second level of "revision" intended ultimately to initiate a dialogue about the city and its urban issues.
