Recognising a senior Cape Breton artist while commemorating the 30th anniversary of the MSVU Gallery, this catalogue presents the work of Leaf, described by Jenkner as inexhaustibly poetic. Halkes asserts that Leaf side-steps Greenbergian formalism through the hybridity of her work and the appropriation of allegorical imagery. Includes list of works. Bio-bibliography 5 p. 7 bibl. ref.
