Abstract (English)

"My latest work entitled [w]hole, simultaneously embodies resilience and fragility in exploring the concept of boundaries. While the sculptural installation, resembling a cage-like house constructed of elastic, plays with the notion of entrapment, the video juxtaposes, vast, potent and unlimited images of nature with the images of destruction and devastation. [w]hole reveals the tensions and ironies found in the confronting dynamics of perception, while exploring the transparencies of meanings. " -- Cafka's website
