Abstract (English)

"When I first proposed to bring together the works of Carlo Cesta and Sarah Stevenson for this Perspective 94 exhibition, I was not concerned about any particular compatibility between them. It mattered more, in the context of this exhibition series, that they each had identified a clear set of issues for their work and were developing distinct ways of addressing those issues." -- Christina Ritchie, page 5.
