Abstract (English)

"This book examines Warhol's use of colour and his printmaking process in relation to his whole body of work. Beginning with the early images, Ian Thom traces Andy Warhol's graphic career and related work from 1964 to his final Moonwalk prints in 1987.

The outstanding selection of 74 colour reproductions of prints, paintings, drawings and trial proofs are drawn from the collections of the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, The Andy Warhol Museum, the Vancouver Art Gallery, and other private and public lender." - p. [4] of cover.
