Abstract (English)

"In a government communiqué from the office of the Perfunctory Minister a degree was announced stating the Government of Articulture’s intention to present an exposé.
The exposé of the governments programs and realizations was given at an exhibition of Artifacts slated from March of that year. The exhibit was held at Eye Level Gallery in Halifax at which time the minister gave the inaugural address." -- Page [1] of insert.
