Abstract (English)

"Ludwika Ogorzelec is is a Polish sculptress, who have been living in Paris since 1985. She realizes her works of art, known for being site-specific, on all the continents.

The book is the first monograph of her sculptural activity pursued for over thirty years now. She represents highly original, I daresay phenomenal, sculpture which is a sort of drawing in space: space being a crucial material shaped by means of natural lines of wood or transparent cellophane, sometimes glass or metal." -- Publisher's website.
