Abstract (English)

"How does documenta gain knowledge in the world? And how can it communicate this knowledge? And how cam a large-scale exhibition be organised that places the emphasis not on representation but on productive production formats and formalisations? One possible approach was found with documenta 12 magazines : Nearly 100 publications with different formats, different orientations and focuses were invited to think together about the motifs and themes of documenta 12." -- page 1.
