Abstract (English)

The existence of the provincial as well as the cosmopolitan in the city of Vancouver, as any other city in the global culture, is discussed, in an attempt to contextualize the work of six Canadian artists for the Italian public of this exhibition. The means, symbols, and mediums used by the artists are described.
