Abstract (English)

Using a formal and iconographic analysis of Meigs' site-specific murals, O'Neill traces the development of the artist's work and, in keeping with the artist's interest in psychoanalysis, applies Freudian and linguistic theory in her interpretation of the piece. Biographical notes. 3 bibl. ref.
